Digital First

Working in a Digital First way meant initially questioning older, traditional ways of working.

It meant investing in digital tools and platforms to deliver our premium services and solutions to our clients – and placing these tools at the forefront of our strategies and decision-making.

Some of these tools include our RSM client portal, the platform enabling us to digitally engage and deliver interactive outputs to our clients. We have also developed our proprietary data platform, RSM Datacore, using Azure cloud technology to streamline how we collect, process and analyse client data at scale to deliver premium insights and outputs for you, our client.

Learning through independent feedback

We value the importance of independent client feedback. Our client portal has several ways to share your experience of working with us. We think it is important to have regular feedback touchpoints with our clients, as it allows us to truly understand your business and better tailor our service delivery to your needs.

We don’t just listen, we take action. We have embedded processes to share feedback with our teams and initiate discussions – all with the goal of providing a uniquely bespoke experience.

‘RSM were selected to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Planful and Zetadocs Expenses and worked with the CQI finance team to redesign the chart of accounts. The new Financial Data Model provided enhanced and flexible reporting to slice and dice general ledger transactions with the use of improved financial dimensions. The project has provided a platform for digital transformation with the implementation of approval workflows and automation of tasks.’
